Mrs. Pereira 

I am so happy to be returning to the grade 6C classroom! This will be my 8th year at SJB and 5th as a grade 6 teacher. 
 
My mission as an educator is to provide students with a fun, engaging, faith based education. I want to encourage and motivate my students to be the best they can be. 

I Believe:

  • All students have an innate desire to learn

  • That the best learning occurs when students feel connected to that they are learning and when they are active participants in their education.

  • That it is my job to provide students with the tools to explore their Catholic identity both in the classroom setting and in their everyday lives. 

  • It is my responsibility as an educator to model for my students the Catholic teachings both in and out of the classroom.

When I'm Not At School.....

You can find me hanging out with my family. I spend most of my time with my husband, our two daughters and our dog. We are avid sports fans; hockey, soccer, football, we love it all! We also enjoy travelling.
